i really wanted the oringal one not one that someone made a home. I am actually mad that i got a homemade DVD. the DVDs look reall but the case doesnt. i wanted to get what was in the picture

If you like the Vampirism theme, this one is for you.
Action fully-loaded, great aniation and realism. A bit cruel and uncompassioned. Superb sound. The plot is very, very good and the chapters as ascending to the end are very well developed in all senses.
This collection has the collector's case that many people like to have instead of the loose DVD's.
MUST HAVE for any ANIME FAN !!!

This title was great I like that is bilingual and has both the english and japanese speak on it!If you are into vampires or goth this is definatly a series you will like!I really didnt have any dislikes!It was Awesome!!

I enjoyed the series on cable, having the dvd's of this series is great, hoping that they continue, because it leaves you guessing what might happen next. Glad to have bought it.

The movie was sent in record time, however it was advertised as the 2006 newer version. What I received was the 2003 older version. I am giving this just an okay rating.

) Series is good for those that like vampires. Has slight twists in it, like main vampire Alucard, power and old, spell it backwards you get Dracula. It is also has some funny moments in it. Depends on each persons likes

) I don't really see why this gets such good reviews. Unless your heavily into the vampire theme, this anime doesn't really do much for you. Alucard is a cool character, but he is too invincible. The plot does not really involve him as the main character, which might have made this series better.
Its not that this is horrible, it just is not spectacular. I found myself kinda hoping it would end soon, but the series is rather long. The music and dubs are average at best, the animation is quite minimilist. The ending leaves it open-ended, I guess to introduce the new "season" they are coming out with.
There are not many adult parts in here, mimimal swearing, typical violence, not much gore. A good buy for 20-30, the regret is the time you waste if you don't like it.
