Gutsy, no holds barred biography of the life of the world's most famous outlaw biker and the world's most famous bike club.
Sonny recounts the good times and bad and makes a case against nicotine that only rivals the hole in his neck and his new "voice" which resulted from cancer.
Some of his stories are a bit of a stretch, but no more than you would expect from any good story teller.
A hard hitting story of one bikers life. On a scale of one to five, I give it an 8.

this gives the culture and background of one of the most known motorcycle club in the world. great if you are wanting to read up on history or if you are just wondering why bikers are the way they/we are

This book is awsome. I could not put it down. one hell of a read.if this is Mr. Bargers first shot at writing i cant wait to get the rest of his books. What more can i say Sonny is the king. Angels forever!!!

Excellent addition to our collection of Sonny Barger's life memoirs. We are very happy to have it, as it is very difficult to find on the secondary market. The seller on this product is great - prompt, pleasant correspondence and represented product perfectly.

For the first time, we get to hear the "other side" of the story, and from the person in a postion to know. Since 1948, newspapers and TV have given their "version" (as has law enforcement") to the public. Don't expect to find tabloid material or confessionals. The author gives a sketch of his life, both before and after the Hells Angels and gives the generic history of the Club.
Anecdotal, humorous, straight forward and myth busting. Highly recommended as the FIRST book one should read about Hells Angels.
