Don't Waste Your Money or Time
This Physician is preaching to the choir, IMO. Tedious detail, incessant equivocation and little insight define this book. Dr. Blaylock might think about hiring a professional editor and then taking that professional's advice. This book goes on about what we have known for years (mercury is toxic, MSG is bad, avoid drinking fluoridated water, eat fresh fruits and veggies, eat good fats, avoid sugar and its substitutes, avoid stress and the like). Common sense is free on the internet so please, Doctor, tell me something new. This book is at least as boring as my worst College texts (where you are obliged to purchase it and then discover your Professor wrote it). Avoid.
