This was a very good book. There were enough surprises to keep you guessing right up to the end. The characters were very realistic. I am looking forward to more books from these authors.

Thank you for voting. If your vote meets our Healing StonesI am not generally a novel reader but this one made me read it.
It bounces back and forth between two main characters, as many novels do, which is why I hate them.
This one, however, held my attention and I found both characters interesting enough that I didn't mind the transitions between the two.
I found the woman involved in the affair an extreamely acurate portraial of the whirl wind of helplessness that accomanies the void and limbo of being only half of a reconciliation process.

Healing Stones is an excellent story of the forgiveness needed in the Christian community--and everywhere. As we point the finger at others who have sin in their lives and don't forgive (everyone), we need to examine our own unforgiveness. What a terrific book! I could not put it down. A Fiction book can sometimes drive home one important point that is soon forgotten when reading a nonfiction book. I don't look at stones the same way as I used to! Can't wait for the second installment! --Liz
