Healing Oils of the Bible, by David Stewart, Ph.D. is an excellent written source on essential oils. I bought it since I am learning all I can on the healing aspects of essential oils right now. I have used them with prayer, and seen great results. God created these oils for the good of mankind. There are hundreds of references to healing oils in the Bible. The author delves into the scientific approach in looking at these unique oils that come from plants, from a highly detailed, yet very interesting standpoint while looking at them from a biblical perspective as well. He is quite knowledgeable and covers so many aspects. Although thorough, the information is shared clearly so as not to be overwhelming or confusing. He covers how oils are produced, their uses, why they work, and so on. He gives measurement equivalents, various methods of application, etc. Additionally, there is a Biblical Oil Program provided. There is nothing I dislike about this book. It is truly fascinating and I highly recommend it!
