| Movie Description One of TV's longest-running crime dramas (only LAW & ORDER would surpass its record-setting 12-year run), the 1970s television series HAWAII FIVE-O captivated audiences with its smart and stylish take on the standard policier formula. Too often cop dramas take place in crowded, dirty cities (Kojak, Law and Order, NYPD Blue, Hill Street and just about every other cop show) but this one takes place in beautiful Hawaii. Watching it clears your mind from the grime and stress of everyday life. That is why this show lasted over 10 seasons. Filmed entirely on location in Hawaii.....you can't beat it.
