Havana Nights (DVD, 2004)

It's a cute movie with a predictable story. The dancing was fun to watch - I thought the music was very good and will buy the soundtrack CD.

I LOVE THIS MOVIE. THE PLOT AND CHARACTER WERE GREAT. YOU COULD WATCH THIS MOVIE INDEPENDENTLY OF THE FIRST ONE AND STILL NOT BE LOST. SWAYZE EVEN IS IN THIS ONE AS A DANCE INSTRUCTOR.

Sexy, sexy SEXY man! This movie is made because of him. But dont get me wrong, the rest of the movie is amazing but if it wernt for him, it wouldnt be as good. I would reccomned thios for anyone.

I thought both lead roles were very well played. It brought back memories for me, being in Havana when I was young.Even though it wasn't done in Cuba it caught the fevor of the times. The dancing was fantastic. I could watch it again and again

not really an epic film, but the music is good, and pretty much there is one reason i bought this movie, and his name is diego luna.

the dances in the movie was are awesome. what i dislike about it is that the actress is different. i bought the movie cuz i had the first one and the second one sounded good.

This was a story quite different from the first Dirty Dancing movie with Patrick Swayze & Jennifer Grey. However it did feature some good ballroom dancing but not as much as I would have liked. The two young lead performers did do their roles well & respectively even with their cultural differences & I think the ending could have been a bit more enjoyable. There were elements of peer pressure, sibling rivalry, politically rebelliousness warfare entwined within this plot that kind of overshadowed what these 2 young people were trying to accomplish in winning a dance contest. Patrick Swayze did make an appearance though brief as a ance instructor.

The DVD arrived in excellent condition and it was shipped quickly. The movie itself is quite remarkable.

I really liked this movie. It was a romantic, fun dancing movie. The families of the two main characters were more well developed in this film than in the original Dirty Dancing. The male lead was very sensual and comfortable with himself (unlike in the original where the male lead felt like he was a lower class citizen). He was caring toward others in the film. There was more laughter and enjoyment in the film. Of course, the dancing was great. I liked the original Dirty Dancing, but enjoyed this one even more.

If you are into chick flicks, then this is a must have. Come on, we all have little guilty pleasures that we would never admit to in public; well this is one of them. The story has nothing to do with the 1st Dirty Dancing, and it is sad to watch an aging Patrick Swayze; but the music and the dancing make up for it. Plus it has the original Wyclef'song before Shakira turned it into "hips don't lie."

I bought the movie Havana Nights because i was having a hard time finding this movie, I was reluctant about buying a Dvd that was used because having a big family I know how things can get damaged or whatnot w/out anyone being around it lol But the dvd was great no problems with it at all. i am happy to shop on ebay because with the feedback your get what you pay for with out having to worry really hassle free

My kid wanted this movie and we all liked it. I like buying movies from ebay alot cheaper than buying anywhere else and you dont burn up all your gas.Real feel good movie here something for every one.

It's a good movie, I just wanted to see the end, I was watching it on TV and the power went out so I ordered it on ebay.
