Hatchet by Gary Paulsen (2006)
) I bought this book along with others, for my class library. As a middle school teacher, it is hard to find books that appeal to boys. Hatchet was a big hit with the kids that took a chance to read it. II recommend it for anyone in the 11-14 age bracket.
