Harvest Moon GBC (Game Boy Color, 1999)

A classic continunce of the harvest moon series spanning all systems nintendo has made. in this one you do the same as every harvest moon game. have a farm raise crops sell them. make money. a good kids game and a rare R.P.G.

Being a University student in Toronto, it's great to revisit my childhood by popping in the good ol' Harvest Moon into my GBC and taking it for a spin. I almost forgot how relaxing and addicting farming can be! It's brilliant. Without today's technology in terms of graphics, this product would receive a 5/5 for sure!

this game is a lot like the playstation two version. very fun to play. easy playing for little kids.

I enjoy Harvest Moon alot but after playing more recent games on bigger platforms such as PS2 (Playstation 2) its hard going back to such obsolete graphics. But the games themselves are fun. There is always lots to do in harvest moon. Maybe one day all the harvest moon games will come together and create the perfect games. My favorite so far is A Wonderful Life (even with all of its glitches)

Sweet Game for the GBC!! You probley should get it if you collect games. This was one of the best Harvest Moons in the series if you ask me

Harvest Moon makes the idea of a "farming simulation" seem a lot more fun than it sounds. The gameplay is amusing, though there are certain things (like happiness rating) that you don't get any indication of until the first year is over. There could be more as far as indicators gauging how you're doing throughout the year. Also, I never figured out what the phone was for. Everytime I called "The Exchange", the line was busy. Still, it was a fun game, though after the first year the appeal wore off for me.

We were so excited to find this "rare" game but I noticed my daughter hardly plays with it. When I asked her, she told me the game keeps freezing up. I am very disappointed.
