Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (2002, DVD)

This is one of the best Harry Potter movies I've seen! You can watch this with the entire family. The graphics were awesome and you kept your attention on the movie! Even the kids sat quietly!

I was looking for this specific title because it was the European version not the United States version. Since I live in Missouri there was no other way than to order this DVD except from eBay.

Okay how different are the two versions of the movie. To be honest there is a bit of difference. Not only are there additional scenes, but much of the script is also different. Much closer to the book than the United States version.

This was well worth the effort to find the exact version that I wanted rather than to settle for what was available at my local store.

I loved the movie I bought it because it was the English version because I already had the American version the Socerer's Stone

I like the Harry Potter stories and the movies were done very well with excellent casting. I purchased this movie because I thought that it was a new Potter movie that I didn't already own. I found after ordering it that it is the same as The Sorcerer's Stone and wasn't one that I would have purchased.

very captivating movie would watch over and over you should watch great for kids and adults very exciting show

Everything is great about the movie, espeacially the intro into HP's wizarding world, lives upto the expectations of the books, and their fans.

This movie is the British version of the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. I throughly enjoyed it.

Poor DVD is illegal from copyright and problem to watch movie! too much stratch on disc. no good and that is damaged by shipped. BEWARE! bad feedback!

Just like the other millions of kids mine is a Harry Potter fan, no how about obsessed with it. Looking through the Harry Potter items I came across this and asked my daughter if there was another movie we didn't know about. Well her eyes lit up and she said she had to have it, and when it arrived she called everyone and started telling them about it. Having her enjoy simple things makes life worth while

I'm a Harry Potter nut and this is a good story. The DVD was perfect. The story is full of the usual Harry Potter special effects and I think it is great.

We like this kind of movies my daughter and i do. We like these kind of advenary and fantsey.The reason i decide to buy this dvd is due to my daughter and i like it.
