Harry Potter and the Half-blood Prince by J. K. Rowling (2006, Paperback, Reprint)

If you are reading this, by now, I am sure you are already aware of the talent this author has! This is another wonderful book filled with lots of excitement, drama, adventure, and mystery. I only hope that she can continue writing stories that match this!

My daughter loves reading Harry Potter books. She has the past 6 books in softcover, We thought since she enjoys reading them so much for Christams we would get her the hadrcover books.

I loved the other books and this one is just another step above the rest. Excellent writing and descriptions. Wonderful characters.

Finally decided to give in and read the HP books - have loved them all. I thought they would be more for children but they are foe everyone. Fun and easy to read - and fast reading too!

The book was in excellent condition and I bought it for my mother. She had been waiting for it to come out in softback covers so I was able to find it on here and it was just what I was looking for. The price was reasonable as well as the fast shipping. It was just an overall great purchase experience. Thanks again.

This is a terrific book. I was really surprised at all the drama that unfolded in this one. I will try not to give too much away in this review. The book is full of surprising twist. Something fatal happens to one of the main characters. Someone earlier ruled out as being bad is now on Valdermorts side. When I read this book I couldn't put it down till it was over. I have never really got into any other series of books like this one. I Absolutly love it.

I love Harry Potter series and now I'm getting them for my brother........................................................

This book is basically in acceptable condition. No marking no highlighting. But looks really dirty on the cover. Seems to be a muti-handed book. I have to say I would rather buy a new one from amazon rather than buying this used one. But the seller shipped this fast. good service.

Finally reading the series after many years of trying to resist. Love all the books, and each one I read becomes my new favorite!

Okay, first off I would like to say that I love books. Harry Potter in the beginning to me was a childs book, but I loved it. Over the years Harry and his friends have become part of my life in another world that a book will take you to. Half Blood Prince is an exceptional book. I have read each and every book several times over and I have to say Half Blood Prince is my favorite of the series, except for the last. It shows more insight to the characters and the bonds of thier friendships. It explains so much that was inexplicable before. J.K.Rowling is one of the special authors in this world who lets you look inside her mind and see what she has written in your own mind. I would highly recommend this book to any book lover. This series has true value to me. I is my favorite series of books by far with the exception of "The Lord of the Rings". But it ranks right up there. 5 stars J.K. and alas, I wish there were more to come.

When I didn't receive the package during the expected time frame, I emailed the seller and they did not answer me. I waited a week or two and emailed them again and they still have not emailed me. The book was supposed to be here September 18th and now it is October 10th and I still haven't gotten it. Stay away because if there is a problem, they will not help you at all!

I love all HP books but this one was one by far the least favorite!! Regardless, I received the book on a timely basis and I will purchase books from this seller again!!!

This is the best Harry Potter book so far. I was partial to The Prizoner of Azkaban until I read this one. It is very insightful into why Tom Riddle becomes Lord Voldemort and why it is so hard to kill him. I love the interaction between Harry and Dumbledore in this one. Draco has a few points where you can actually feel for him, even though you know he is up to no good. My son is also reading the series and is very excited about starting this one. There are several questions left after this book and I just can't wait to read the final book!

Good easy read, connects well to prior and latter installments. Look forward to reading these books again with my daughter when she gets a little bit older (she's only 5 now).

I am from Ohio, having been buying 1 Harry Potter paperback book at a time and sending them to my son in Colorado. I wish I could afford the hard covers but money is tight.
Then I found this listing on ebay for a hardcover at such a fantasticly low price and even with the shipping cost it was still cheaper then buying a new paperback.
This seller also was kind enough to ship it to my son in Colorado for me. Saving me even more money.
My son loved the book and said it was like NEW. Now he is thinking he should start shopping on ebay for the same great buys.
