You can read a book and get your own views while taking it in.
But I found that listening to the book being read by an Englishman made the story more alive, personal and enjoyable. Getting a second bite of the cherry I would say.
Getting more out of the Harry Potter Series and being satisfied? Yes I was.
Try the readings of Steven Fry, the only one released for England.
