Harry Potter Limited Edition Gift Set HD DVD

Without a doubt, this is one of the most impressively packaged sets I've seen to date and seems, for all intents and purposes, like a full-series collection. Alas, with two films left to go, we're offered only part of Harry's epic journey in a set which feels (and is subsequently priced) as if it should have been dedicated to the entire, seven-film Potter mythology. Apparently, some loose-lipped Hogwarts students let slip the "Money Tree" spell to the wide-eyed execs over at Warner Brothers.
That aside, this set is sure to provide Potter fans with an exhilarating boomstick flight – or Buckbeak ride – down the magical memory lane. From Sorcerer's Stone to Order of the Phoenix, this five-film collection offers the first high-definition, back-to-back presentation of the series thusfar, highlighting in vivid detail and rapid succession Harry's developing adolescence. Certainly, the most enthusiastic of fans will have already collected the films individually – and likely in standard-definition – but the wondrous quality of the packaging aside, the ability to watch the series unfold in a series of top-notch HD transfers brings the world of Potter, Dumbledore and Voldemort to life in a way that many fans have yet to experience the series.
