my kids love itBoth of my elementary-school-age boys love this kit. The snitches are solely for display, not play, although they occasionally hold them and "fly" them around. We bought them about 2 months ago, and they remain on the windowsill next to our kitchen table. I asked the boys to bring their snitches to their bedrooms, but they like them near the table because they "look cool" when they eat. The sticker book that comes with it is a nice bonus.

Not exactly "golden" snitch...Review created: 05/12/08

) I didn\t expect too much of this item for the price...but the snitch is more of a brown or rubbed bronze than a golden color...which is odd because the wings are a shiny metallic silver, seems they could have used a shiny metallic gold on the bod. Anyway, it's cute but not really a collectible. It's alos in no way "fun" and the wings are kinda dangerous for little kids so I wouldn't call it a "toy" either. Bottom line is , I can't really figure out what type of person would buy this and why they would want it. But if you need a plastic snitch, go right ahead.
