The Harmony Kingdom 1998 Collector's Value Guide is an invaluable resource tool that no collector should be without. It's easy to get caught up in the heat of the moment -- especially after a lengthy search for a coveted item -- so it's important to know the difference between what a collectible is worth versus what it is worth to you. This dated but still useful guide will help you answer the first question, while only you can answer the second.

As with all of Checkerbee Publishing's Collector's Value Guides, this book is really a handbook, with space on each item page to record when, where, and for how much you bought it. It also features introductory interviews with the artists and information on the secondary market. Included at the back are additional pages to record future HK releases.
