The Happiest Toddler On The Block by Harvey Karp M.D., Paula Spencer (2005, Paperback, Reprint)

I decided to buy it because I was sick of checking it out and not finishing it from the library. And I wanted to have a reference for tips on parenting and what works and how toddler's think. I am very happy with my purchase.

This book was a very easy read, written in plain english. The strategies are easily implemental, and really work! I will probably buy the DVD too.

I need to get my toddler under control some how and have read just about every book on the subject that you can imagine!!!!!!!! That is why I decided to buy this book. I found that the advice this book gives works well in stopping the tantrums but then I am still stuck as to what to do if my toddler still wants to do the thing or still wants the object he was tantruming for. But my toddler is VERY difficult and strong willed to begin with so if you have an average toddler than this book is a great buy!!

If your having any problems with your child this is a must read book. This has really allowed me to think about what my child is actually going through and the tips have really worked, now I feel in control! My child also feels like I understand her better our relationship will blossom like it probably wouldn't have without this book. Get this book and you will see!!
