I now sits next to my computer unused! I have tried to download the software from PALM, but I can't get it wo work. Also, I just bought a new laptop, so I thought I would give it another try. I contacted the seller ans was told "all sales were final" I have contacted American Express for help. I want to return this and do not care to do business with that vendor. I can't afford the high end 750's etc (I wreck them too quickly) to get a full keyboard so i keep buying the 90 used.
