I decided to purchase this book because I had not seen it before. Was very impressed by the card presentation chapters. They have examples of how to make original envelopes to match your cards with templates and very precise illustrated instructions. It also has instructions on how to line your envelopes. Lots of color in this book. Also has a section on making handmade display holders to eliminate the problem with cards toppling over. This book is very well written. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to add a little extra flair to their handmade cards.

This 128-page book shows you oodles of interesting ideas for making cards and envelopes also.
It shows and explains different techniques to use. It shows you how to make notecards, pop ups, cards using transparent paper, pin pricking, paper cuts, paper collage, metallics, paint, potted plants as shown on the book cover, using stencil, etc. It also shows you how to make cards using Embossed Metal, wire work, gilding, painted silk, button collage, beads and sequins, organic materials, fabric scraps, etc.
I have a tendency to make simpler cards but I have found some ideas that I will definitely try and, of course, some that don't interest me.
I might not want to spend $20 for this book but it is a good Ebay priced book that will help me expand my creativity.
