Hand-Dyed Fabric Made Easy by Adriene Buffington (1996, Paperback)

It is a wonderful book explaining the process of hand-dying fabric. It is one of most choice books on the subject that I now own. One every one who works with creating their own fabrics should have. It takes away the unknowns, that is why I sought it out. Read a copy that belongs to a friend who creates great quilts.

I have gone through this book and find that the instructions are very easy to follow and I believe that everything she says will work for me. She has a lot of information with easy to understand language and makes the projects seem very easy to do. I have yet to try any of them but I feel confident that as soon as I get the dyes I will be able to make my own hand dyed fabric very easily and achieve beautiful results as well. Concise language, easy to understand and over all I feel this book was a good buy.
