I bought Halo 2: Limited Collector's Edition (Xbox) the day it came out. Halo 2: Limited Collector's Edition (Xbox) is an action packed game with an exellent campain mode and an exellent multi-player mode. This game never gets boring, they came out with new multi-player maps that are now all free if you have Xbox Live. Halo 2: Limited Collector's Edition (Xbox) is a game you can play with 1-4 people on one Xbox system, 1-16 people in an Xbox System Link game, and 1-16 people in an Xbox Live game. Halo 2: Limited Collector's Edition (Xbox) is 10x better than any GTA game. The graphics in this game are out of this world! Halo 2: Limited Collector's Edition (Xbox) is playable on any Xbox or Xbox 360 game console. Anyone who wants a spectacular first person shooter game that comes in a cool box with a bonus DVD, then get Halo 2: Limited Collector's Edition (Xbox)!

the transaction was great and swift. I was really surprised at how fast the item was shipped to me, it took only a couple of days. the game was in excellent condition. I'm having a great time playing it. Overall a great experience.

My son had been asking for the product for a long time. This is exactly what he expected. He and his brother love the game!

Basically, this is perfect for any Halo fan. It's Halo 2, which is a perfect game, plus it has a bonus CD of extra content. It also has the expanded intro leaflet, written from the Covenant viewpoint. And, of course, the best thing, is the metal case. Now, be careful, it's almost impossible to get a perfect, non-dented copy these days. Even sellers who list it as Mint normally just have a scratched case. If you can find a good copy, buy it asap, before someone else snaps it up.

Okay, that game came out for XBOX 1 but I didn't get into HALO until I played HALO 3 on XBOX360... so I had to buy HALO one and Halo 2....

Game is great. Kids loved it, seemed to be entertaining, little "bloodier" than Halo 3, but still okay for a rated M game.

Halo is probably the best series of video games on the market. Special Collector's was worth the buy! I missed playing through the story of Halo 2--it brought back great and much-missed memories. I recommend it to any hardcore Halo fan, as well as any video game fan in general--it's an all-around gnarly game!

I love that its a game that I never played all the way through and now gives me the chance to own it and play it whenever. See I'm a game and movie collector so the fact that its a collector's edition. Its great.........so I highly say that you should go out and bid now on this hot item.

This being the next in a series of Halo games, give you more bang for the buck. You are put in the first shooter poison on two separate roles rather than one and you can fly, ride, and use more weapons than before. A+ Game.

there was EVERYTHING that the halo 2 collectors comes with!! I am very pleased.
There was a tiny dent on the top of the case and a little buff on the disk BUT it runs perfectly and they said that it had been played 1 or 2 times awesome

Definitely better than the first Halo. The story actually had more depth to it. In the first Halo, I got lost in the storyline about halfway through. Thinking "what am I doing again?" In the second one, the story takes off from the get-go with the Arbiter's tale. Switching between the Arbiter and Master Chief actually made sense, giving the feel of "It's not just Earth's problem anymore".

Vehicular combat is a bit better. The banshee, ghost, warthog, wraith and scorpion tank feel like they control easier. The spectre does suck, though.

Multiplayer definitely got a serious facelift. Player insignias, Online multiplayer, more weapons, and the various types of matches make this an awesome game to have. Rumble Pit's cool for a free for all, and if you've got a few friends to play with, Team Slayer definitely rocks.

I definitely recommend this game. Just word to the wise: if you get the map pack, buy it used. You're only going to use it once. And I think you can actually download the map packs from bungie directly once you're connected to Xbox Live.

Overall the game's great. I just finished it off and am waiting for Halo 3 to arrive. Now that looks promising...

Halo 2, the long-awaited sequel to one of the most widely praised, most influential first-person shooters ever created, has a very tough act to follow. Fortunately, it's built on a foundation that's as strong as they come. The game's success was preordained--publisher Microsoft tallied more than 1.5 million Halo 2 preorders in the weeks leading up to the game's release, which demonstrates just how confident Halo's fans are in the sequel's quality. But how is it, really? The good news is, the sequel to the Xbox's defining action game is an absolutely superb, fully featured game, boasting an excellent presentation, a highly replayable campaign, and the greatest, most complete online multiplayer component in a console shooter yet. A surprisingly disappointing story and a fairly short single-player portion are noticeable shortcomings, but there's just so much breadth of content in Halo 2, and the action itself is so outstanding, that there can be no denying its quality. Overall, it's one of the very best action games available.

There are several reasons why the original Halo ranks up there with a very small number of other first-person shooters as one of the definitive games in the genre. For one thing, Halo succeeded at establishing a cohesive, memorable, and original science-fiction universe. For another, the Master Chief, Halo's cybernetic protagonist, made a great hero. A fearless, enigmatic man, the Chief could succeed where pure flesh-and-blood humans could not, and guiding him to victory against the alien menace known as the Covenant, as well as the parasitic creatures called the Flood, made for a gripping story and an intense and satisfying gameplay experience.

Halo's gameplay was amazing in that it seamlessly integrated top-notch first-person shooting with incredibly fun third-person vehicular sequences and outstanding friendly and enemy artificial intelligence. The game's subtle innovations--the tactical consequences of such things as having recharging energy shields, being able to carry only a couple of weapons at a time, the ability to throw powerful grenades in between shots, and the option of dishing out fierce melee attacks--also did a lot to differentiate Halo from other shooters, and proceeded to influence subsequent games. Halo's multiple, well-balanced difficulty settings, two-player cooperative campaign option, and assorted multiplayer modes also ensured that the game had tons of lasting appeal. All these factors contributed to the game's well-deserved success, and they're all back in Halo 2. For the most part, the sequel takes an "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" approach to its gameplay--everything that you loved about Halo's action is back in full effect here. At the same time, the handful of new additions in Halo 2 are well thought out and well implemented, enriching the gameplay and making it seem fresh but still familiar.

Everything that you maybe didn't love about Halo is pretty much back, too.

I love the new graphics and the story line is amazing! I personally believe that the first Halo was a more intense first person shooter experience but Halo 2 does the job!

I don't really have the time to waste to do this, but I guess they want at least 100 characters so I am typing kind of just random thoughts. The game was fine the box was a little battered, but things worked fine. Happy with the purchase.

This is an awesome game. It has a really fun campaign that can challenge your skill from easy to legendary.

Simply put, Halo 2 is by far the greatest first-person shooter the console world has seen in the past. From the monster multiplayer (both off- and online) to the perfectly constructed single-player campaign, this game never lets up for a second.

Breath Taking Graphics, HALO is a game that would keep U playing 4 hours++++I love The Story line....Its a game like no other and thast why I got it...besides This is the Limited collectors Edition

Halo 2 is the most awesome shooter I have played so far, I know it is for the original XBOX but the graphics are simply stunning! The game starts out giving you a bit of a backstory for the main players, you as Master Chief and the enemy covenant, in a scene by scene of each side going to war. It is a fantastic and stunning way to open the game. From here on I began to see why there was such a following for the HALO series and I dove right in. I am not even close to finishing ,but I can tell you this:There are more weapons and more vehicles to inflict destruction with then you really need. But I have found a new and cool weapon about every 2 or 3 saves and they are all a kick.
The game has sucked me in for hours without even looking away. Don't try this on a work nite!!
I purchased the HALO 2 LIMITED COLLECTOR'S EDITION because I don't want to miss out on anything, This version comes in a hard case with a clear plastic sleeve. A second disk with cool info but no extra levels or anything cool like that.
Also included is a 2 month free XBOX live code. This was one of the best buys I can think of for an XBOX game. A real MUST BUY!
If you like shooters, you will love this one, I give it a 10.
