Halloweentown High (DVD, 2005)

This is the third in the series of HalloweenTown. It's been fun watching Marty grow up but now she has a whole new fight on her hands. Trying to convince HalloweenTown that humans have changed and can live in peace with each other. Some HalloweenTown students (everything from Trolls, orgs, fairys, wizards, werewolves, etc) come into our world and try to fit in. This is a fun family movie to watch and good for Halloweentime or any time of the year. I can't wait for the fourth one to come out (Halloweentown: Witch U.).

My nine year old requested this for Christmas and I approve 100%. It is a great family movie with fun and thrills. No bad language. I recommend this movie to anyone

This is a nice family movie to waatch around halloween time, it is for all family members and gives a look at a town that is made up of halloween creatures and ghouls. It is funny and educational also. My kids love all of the halloween town movies from Disney. Another one to add to the collection.

Halloweentown High is the third installment of the Disney Channel's Halloweentown movie series. It follows the plot-line of the second move where Marnie, one of the main characters, opened the portal between Halloweentown and the mortal world. In the third movie, a group of students from Halloweentown come to the mortal world to attend high school with Marnie and her brother Dylan. The first two movies were much better because the main focus was Halloweentown. I did not like that the movie is set in the mortal world as not much of the magical world is seen in this movie. However, the movie is not lacking in magic.

There are a few mishaps when the students and their teacher Aggie Cromwell, who is also Marnie and Dylan's grandmother, adjust to a world where magic is hidden. There is also added trouble when the Knights, who had been sworn to remove magic from the mortal world, reappear. Marnie must prove that the mortal world can accept magic or else she, and her entire family will forfeit their powers. But, with the Knights' symbol appearing, a kidnapping and a deadline looming in the distace, Marnie is faced with the possibility of losing her powers.

In the end, the movie is a good buy. It may not be as good as the first two but, if you like the Halloweentown series, then the third one is not to miss. y the third.

Disney has done it again with Halloweentown only this time she goes off to collage. Marnie has a hard time ajusting to life on campus but with her brother's and Ethan's help maybe she can just get the hang of things. A sure to be good time for all Halloweentown lover's.

Super cute movie! My kids love it. It is a action packed fun family movie. You can watch it over and over again. It is a movie that you will not gt bored watching!

This movie is so good it shows us all good or bad if you believe in yourself and put it to good use, you can do anything never give up. I love them because they kept you interested through the whole movie it doesn't get boring. And there is no bad taking or gorey bloody stuff.

i brought these dvd's after watching these movies with my kids on disney channel, they are perfect for all ages and i cant think of anything better to watch with little ones and even the teens for the halloween season, i as a grown up love them as well , theres nothing violent that the little ones cant watch but nothing to babyish that the adults wont like either i tell anyone with kids buy it and let the whole family watch together, but you need to get all of them because each one is just as good if not better then the last one, go buy them all and enjoy.

My son saw this on the disney channel and fell in love with it, so we had to buy it. This movie teaches kids that we all have problems and we all just need to find a way to deal with them. This movie shows what its like to be a teen witch and all the problems that come with being a witch. She wants to show humans that witches, trolls, ghosts, and other things you find in halloweentown are not scary, dangerous, or monsters. She wants to bring the teenagers in halloweentown to earth to live and go to school. She wants humans to except them and not be terrified of them. This is a great movie, especially around the end of October or on halloween. This movie is great anytime of the year not just on halloween.

I did not receive this til after christmas and I ordered this 3 weeks before christmas. This was a gift to my triplets for christmas and they got it 2 weeks after christmas. On the ad it was said to be a 2-3 day delivery. Boy that was WRONG

I purchased the four "Hallowe'en Town" movies. We look after foster boys who seem to all want to watch "scary" movies but should not be seeing the violence and gore that is usually associated with these movies. These movies fit the bill. These are great family movies to watch before Hallowe'en!

I have seen this movie over a friends house and I love everthing about the movie. I enjoyed watching the movie over and over again. I love the magic, the makeup, most of all, the way the people switch over from world to world. Your children will love Halloweentown I and II, and Halloweentown High, at Halloween time.
