Don't waste your money
) 
I have Mannheim Steamroller's Christmas Extraordinairre and love it so much that I thought I'd try something else they put out. What a disappointment! It is not at all what I expected from this talented group. The only thing it would be good for would be sound effects for a haunted house. I'm not sure what they were trying to do, but they need to stick to the Christmas stuff. This is going in the trash can.

Not What I ExpectedWas a little disappointed with this CD. I like the way Mannheim Steamroller can take old songs/music and make them their own, but some of the TV show theme songs were barely identifiable. I played the theme songs from "Dark Shadows" and "X-Files" for friends, and it took them a long time to figure out where they'd heard the music. Themes from "Addams Family" and "The Munsters" were a bit more successful.
I prefer the 2005 CD, 'Halloween - Mannheim Steamroller' with their versions of familiar classical tunes like "Night On Bald Mountain", "In The Hall Of The Mountain King", and "Ride of the Valkyries".
