Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Value Guide, 1973-2006 (2006, Paperback)

This guide has added a lot more Hallmark ornaments, and the index makes it easier to find a ornament if you do not know what year it was made in. The pictures of the ornaments are bigger a help for us older folk LOL. Only disadvanage is the size of the box. I have to work at a table with it, but then if it was not bigger it won't have more information.

Prefer arrangement/layout of 1973-2006 value guides with all pictures by each year than the new 2007 Warman's Companion by Mary Sieber which mostly lists the ornaments by decade and few pictures. Ornament price is drastically reduced in new 2007 guide.

I purchased the Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Value Guide, 1973-2006 on March 14,2007. It was in like new condition with no markings. It has been one of the best purchases I have made on Ebay. Before this purchase I had no idea of the value of the ornaments on which I bid. With the value guide book I now look up all ornament values before I bid. It has helped me get some really good buys. The only thing I don't like about it is that sometimes it is hard finding ornament values that are not in a series listing. But with practice I know that will get easier. If you are new at bidding on the Hallmark Ornament auctions, this value guide book would be a great asset to you.

This seller went out of their way to make sure I got this as it went somewhere else. Rather than wait for the return, they shipped me another. All this while his wife (the seller) was in the hospital! I order this because I have collected Hallmark ornaments since before my twins were born in 1975. I love them and wanted a more current book to mark those I have for future generations. The book was in excellent condition, I am well pleased!

This is my review of the NEW 2006 Hallmark Bangzoom price guide. I really like the new larger 8 1/2 x 11 size of the guide. The addition of Merry Miniatures is helpful along with the addition of other Hallmark collectibles like Kiddie Car Classics, Legends In Flight Planes & MORE! Great book, but prices are way off in comparison to e-bay.
Gowever, it is the only resorce we have for pricing.

Hundreds of color photos. Very easy to use. I bought it for my Mother. She collects Hallmark Ornaments of every kind. From the 1970's to the present. The only complaint she had was that her vision isnt very good and she has to use a magnifying glass to see the actual ornament as the photos are very small.

Purchased this book as a resource reference guide. It provided me with all the information I needed and then some... Great book; I would recommend it.

I purchased a Hallmark Ornament Value Guide, 1973-2006 through E-Bay. This is one of the best value guides that I have seen for the Hallmark ornaments. It is large and easy to read. It is organized by year and also by name of the ornament. It has colored pictures instead of black and white. It will be very helpful in knowing the values of the ornamanets when selling or buying them. I have made a complete listing of my value of collection for insurance purposes.

The only disadvantage is that the original price of each ornament is not listed. It only has the value of the ornament as of 2006. However, I love the book and appreciate the time that was given to publish all the organized information.

I have been collecting the Hallmark Christmas ornaments since 1975 and had no idea how much they were worth today. This book was great. I now know the value of my collection.

I truly enjoy shopping on e-bay. Whatever I can't find locally, I can always find on e-bay and this guide was no different. After looking in bookstores, and even the Hallmark store, no one had this book. It is a one-of-a-kind item and it's hard to believe that Hallmark stores don't carry this. Another great find on e-bay!!

If you are true Hallmark ornament collector then you are going to love this book. Ornaments dating from the '70's to today are all in there. This wonderful book shows not only what the cost of a particular item cost at the time of purchase but it also shows what it is worth now. I love this book and highly recommend it to everyone. It is definitely worth every penny.
