HTC Touch Diamond2 (Unlocked)

It took me forever to finally buy one of these. I'm the kind of person who researches forever. I couldn't be more pleased.
The footprint is perfect. It fits nicely in your hand yet has a larger enough 480x800 screen to make operation and video watching quite pleasurable. The touch screen is very responsive and most of the user interface is finger friendly.
Unfortunately, even with Windows Mobile 6.5, some of the inner workings still beg for a stylus to use, but there are so many 3rd party applications available to improve that experience.
I find my self discovering new things that I love about it everyday. One big surprise was that I find it easier to one finger type on the smaller portrait mode keyboard than the wider landscape one. Add SPB Keyboard to this and both modes are fantastic.
The styling is very sophisticated. It looks and feels like the serious high tech device it is, not like a toy for playing games that happens to make calls too. Don't get me wrong, there are thousands of great games for it and it plays them quite well.
As for social networking, aside from the HTC Hero and HD2, your not going to find a better device. To see want I mean, just look for some videos about HTC Sense.
HTC did finally bring this device to the US as the HTC Pure from AT&T, but the US version has taken some styling hits.
I love my HTC Diamond 2.
