Overall, this is a good little PDA. I had mine for about a year before moving on to a better one.

On the plus side, the screen is bright, and can be viewed outside. The flip up protector, while sometimes annoying, really helps shade the screen. The form factor is nice and small, and it rests easily in your palm, unlike some of the more bulky, squarish units.

But the screen has a little gap between it and the unit itself, allowing dust to build up in between. This results in a fine layer of fuzz that must be taken care of every so often. As a result, the rubber liner starts to wear off, from being taken off and put back on over and over.

Also, if you have these guys on for an extended amount of time, say to listen to music, they overheat, and must be hard reset. That means losing all yoru data until you re-sync.

Those might sound like big problems, and maybe they are to you, but to me they were minor annoyances. The PDA functioned very well, the buttons all seemed to be in the right spot, and it was small enough to take with, wherever I went.

I've had this PDA for over 4 years and it has never let me down, replaced the battery twice due to above average usage and that's it. Great product.

For the price, you can't beat what this older model PDA can do. Make sure to buy a memory card with it though.
