I bought this book, 'cause I was and still interesed in Hugh Laurie. I wanted to discover the others part of his talent, 'cause I knew, he's a great musician, comedian and of course actor.
The Gun Seller is book about terrorism, guns, love....but it's wrote in a funny form. I can see there exactly the Hugh's humour, which I absolutely love!!
It seems to me like sort of autobiography..well exept the killing:D. And the character called Solomon..I love this one, 'cause I always imagine him as a Stephen Fry in the Jeeves and Wooster series, where he was brilliant!!
Well if you like krime, England and humour read this book, 'cause I'm sure you'll love it

Very well written conventional adventure book

It is good reading with some good humor thrown in here and there. Way above average, which makes it for good reading. Plot was a bit too predictable for me, but this is the case with 99% of the books lately. I love the style and language of this novel. Well worth it's price.

  Great Book!

I love Hugh Laurie, and was very excited to get this book. I was not disappointed. It is very witty and funny, with typical dry British humor. It's like a cross between Columbo, Magnum P.I. and James Bond.
