Gun Digest 2009 by Ken Ramage (2008, Paperback)

The price of this book was very low. The shipping price was also very low. The book came packaged with thick cardboard surrounding the book to avoid damage. It worked. Thank you once again. Would buy from again anytime.

This is pretty good the Gun Digest over the years --firearm and accesory listings, ballistic info and articles on the new and improved. Would like a little more info on rimfire ammo and results of tests, as it's very heavily geared to hand guns and center fire rifles.

I liked that it was a thicker book, and I got it real cheap, it will be a great christmas present thanks =]

A series of particularly good articles. The one about the "merits of sorting .22 ammo" is worth reading. Just a reflection. The paper quality seems to have diminished from earlier years of the same publication.

Gun Digest is a must have, Bible, for anyone involved in the shooting sport's. For over six decades (this is the 66th printing) this book has brought reviews and information on guns from every walk of life from Black Powder Muzzle Loaders to Hi-Tech Carbon Composite future weapons. With articles that are in depth knowledgeable critique's to tips and tidbit's You need a current edition for reference's. Don't go home without one.

This Gun Digest is above average. It has classical descriptions of most firearms and is a excellent reference. I will never understand, though, when it comes to custom guns why the illustrations are so poorly done and stock pictures are ever inserted without being in high definition color. For people who appreciate custome work, this is essential...and it is one of the reasons that I have every Gun Digest since 1962.
