Unhappy With Transaction

I ordered this "buy now" item on 8/26/09 and the payment was deducted from my paypal account. Then, the payment was refunded to my paypal account by the seller without any "explanation." I have inquired by e-mail and am awaiting an answer as to why this contract was not honored.
