Guitar Hero World Tour (Wii, 2008)

I bought the game so that my family could play it together. The game is greate. Love the song selection and the versions on the game. We like Guitar Hero games better than Rockband games but we purchased the Rockband drum kit so we could play the AC/DC version of Rockband. The Guitar Hero guitars work for Rockband so we thought the drum kits would be able to be used. We were wrong. The Guitar Hero drumkits do not work with RockBand and the RockBand drumkits do no work with Guitar Hero. That is the only negative I have on the Guitar Hero game.

I like this game, it has a fun girly side picking out the outfits , and a learning, side by learning the diffrent notes, while jamming to tunes from when I grew up to what is popular now, I have fun just watching her play @!!

Great addition to the series. Game play is similar to the other GH games. Word of warning, unlike PS3, and XBox the WII version is not compatable with Rock Band drums and micropone.

I loved it, has great songs. I've been wanting to buy this game because I have all the other guitar hero's. Just needed this one to complete my collection. It was a great buy, and the game was as exptected.

Wow so much fun love playing the old songs my husband really ROCKS it is so great sometimes we just love to sit and watch him play our oldest girl tells us we have the music up to loud it is so great!!!

Very fun game, overall. Customizable characters, guitars, drum sets, etc. Songs are fun to play and enough downloadable content to keep you interested. New Fire Gaming has a great price on this game and were extremely efficient in getting the game to me. Difficulty settings are fair and challenging from the onset. Animations are better than previous versions and playing this game online is much easier with the "auto online" feature. Loads and saves are faster than GH3 and the tranistions between sets are fairly quick. A versatile set list offers even lay "music lovers" like myself a good overall familiarity with most of the songs. Love the game and look forward to adding more accessories as I go (mic, drums, additional guitar).

Good game, great setlist, only problem, not the same FUN factor as rockband, and not compatible with rockband equipment. Other than that, great game!

Like most Guitar hero games if you like to rock then this game is for you. The song list and music is pretty good. The only thing I don't like is the wii version of the game does not have the same capabilities that the other systems do. For instance you can make your own playlist in the xbox 360 version which you cant for the wii. Other than some disappointing things like that the game is still enjoyable for rocking gamer.

Bought it for my daughter's Wii system. Stupid me though because she already had this game. I bought her the Guitar Hero set that has the guitar plus the game and I thought "Guitar Hero World Tour" was a seperate title I could get her to go along with the one she got with the set. Turns out it's the same game. I'm soooo retarded for not paying attention. Oh well.

If you have a wii you gotta get this game. Its sweet. Not the best graphics but awesome music and so much fun

I bought this game a week ago. I would recommend it to anyone that likes the Guitar hero game. Especially if you have kids. They play it almost everyday. The first couple days they played it all day long. I have no dislikes about this purchase at all.

Good songs, same great gameplay, at a good price. I needed something new to play after I got tired of all the songs on Guitar Hero 3 and this was it.

If you like the Guitar Hero concept you will enjoy this version of the game. The introduction of the vocals and drums increase the game play.

Fun, very easy to play has many difficulty levels. Can't bring myself to want to turn it off. Wish I would have bought this game much sooner than I did.

One word "Addictive". Once you get on it's hard to get off. Fun for the whole family. We have had a blast with this one. LOVED IT!

I have both Guitar Hero WT and Rock Band 2, and I have to say I like RB2 is a better game. The set list of songs was good. I would still play this game.

Got what I paid for. Shipping was a bit late but I was out of town for 2 weeks so didn't care. I got this product because I already had RB2 but thought hey 15 bucks for GHWT is a good deal. Make sure you check that you're instruments are compatible I couldn't get mine working yet. But the drums should work.

Love the eguitar hero seris. Great songs, lots of fun!!! Even my wife and three year old enjoy the songs. I find it better than rockband, b/c rockband can be too confusing when all the things on the screen are active at once. The only feature I don't care much for is that one has to play several songs in a row to do a gig. They force you to play them in their order and you can't skip around enough in career mode.
