Guitar Hero: Metallica (Xbox 360, 2009)

I brought this item to demo before launch here in Australia and I'd have to say it was well worth the extra cost.
It has a great selection of Metallica Music ranging from their early (better) music and the more recent songs as well. It also has a great range off back up bands such as System of a Down, Slayer, Queen and Kyuss.
It also has a neat little feature that gives players access to extra features for each song such as lyrics and song details, some even have a neat little feature called Metallifacts. This plays through the song while giving little facts related to the song and artist.

I think all Guitar Hero Fans will love this next instalment of the Guitar Hero franchise. Definitely a better instalment than Aerosmith and should generate a lot of sales to the many fan Metallica have.
Now all we have to do is wait for Guitar Hero: Greatest Hits!

Guitar Hero Metallica is due out on the 27th May 2009 on Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii.
A game and guitar package is also available and comes with a limited edition Metallica Faceplate.

The game is unbelievable awesome. It is my favorite one yet of the guitar hero series. And on top of everything I love metallica. I decided to buy it because one of my favorite bands of all time having there own game. I mean come on enough said. Get it don't think about it.

Great songs. Drums are a bit hard with these song, as expected with the fast paced and rockin beats.

this game is a must have to all metallica fans, and also to all guitar hero fans.
with that said im gonna say that i my self is a rock band player and the game mechanichs in this game is not good enough for me. but since it is my favorite band and they have added some features that rock band allready has, im quite satisfied with my purchase.
the reason for my excelent rating is simply because of the band it self, and the rock band inspired new features. and, guitar hero actually is a step in the right direction again.
so, BUY IT!

This guitar hero blows the rest of the music games away. It's graphics are amped up from the last G. H., and its metallica. There is a good song selection on the game and the guest appearences are also a good fit....

This is probably the best guitar simulation game out there!! Mettalica has continued to produce some of the best music in the business. Decade after decade they have survived and thrived!! This game captures all their glory and greatness!!

I love the make offer part of eBay. Knowing what some of the items truly cost or are worth it helps to get a great deal. Even though it was not in a snap case it was still such a good deal and I love the game. This seller was one of those with the "Make Offer". I highly recommend them for games and such.

My 14 year old son, as most boys his age know all the ins and outs when it comes to the next new game or system...he knew this was an excellent deal, but of course was a little concerned that something would be missing or not working.
When it arrived today (May 28) , not even a week went by since bidding, he was just beside himself, he came home for lunch and opened it right away and played two songs during lunch....it is in great condition and nothing was missing...

I Love Metallica. And i Love Guitar Hero. When they came together i knew it would be the perfect game. The characters James, Lars, Robert, and Kirk look so real and the actions they make go along with the songs, its awesome. Totally worth $60.00. Excellent Game

Guitar Hero Metallica is a very fun game! myself being a HUGE Metallica fan for maaannny years! i was excited to hear they got their own GH game! its some of the same feel as Guitar Hero World Tour but at the same time it feels like a completely seperate game. i did NOT like GH World Tour but i love GH Metallica. they efficiently picked songs that show off Metallica's great guitar work and excellent song writing. there are also some other great songs from bands that inspired Metallica or have had inspiration from them...and knowing that Metallica hand picked them themselves adds to it. overall, its a great Guitar Hero game. im a big Rock Band fan so it was cool to see that this Guitar Hero game is actually worth playing. Metallica fans will love it!

This game is awesome....A must have if you are a Metallica Fan....Playing the guitar, drums and even singing to these songs make you feel like you are a part of the legendary rock band Metallica....If you enjoy playing guitar hero and love listening to Metallica this game is for you.....Hope you enjoy playing this game as much as I do......
