The track list for this game, along with the original recordings (including the reunited Sex Pistols!) is a must have. You will get lost in involvement when playing this game. This is one of the best soundtracks in a game to date.

Gameplay – 9/10
Though under new “ownership”, Activision has taken this game this game down a similar road, but with a new car. With slight improvements in the display hud, the notifications of streaks, and the “star power” activators easier to get, this game is fun. Plain and simple.

Replay Value - 10/10
When you see the achievement list, it will make you achievement “gatherers” play this game again and again to get the full 1000/1000. Plus with the addition of online multiplayer, content downloads, and competitive play – it will hard not to play this game over and over. This is a worthy sequel.

Overall - 9/10
Able to play this game early, there are a few new tweaks to the actual gameplay, and it feels a bit easier to play (except some of the very final songs), but this game follows the old saying “if it ain’t broke – don’t fix it”. The song list, along with the new guitar, is stellar. With all the original, or master, tracks that are in this game, it is hard not to enjoy this game if you are a fan of rhythm or music games.

The new wireless “Gibson” guitar is heavier, more durable, and the closest thing to a real guitar peripheral that I have felt. I must say that this is a nice controller, and I did not want to put it down. I applaud Activision’s attention to detail. I highly recommend this bundle.

Love everything about the product. Not too keen on the opting out for a real shipping box but it worked out ok.

My son who is 15 years old and is Autistic really wanted this game. He already has Guitar Hero I and Guitar Hero II and he loves it. Even with his disability he loves this series and rocks on it even getting on expert.

although i dont play it much my kids love it and i like to watch and listen great music and graphics found that it much simpler by using the game controler

The game is great, I have no complaints about the product. It works like it's supposed and my friends and I enjoy playing it. However, I am a little bit disappointed in regards to how the product was shipped. There was no outside box to protect the game. The box the game came in is in very poor condition. Also, shipping it without placing it in another box let's people know what's inside because of the design on the box. Someone could have easily stolen the game or taken parts without me knowing because it was shipped in the original box with tape on the ends to prevent the game and guitar from sliding out. It arrived in a timely fashion. My only complaint is that it was not shipped in a second box nor did it have some kind of wrap to mask what was inside.

I will be honest with you all. I wanted this game so bad but didn't want to pay full price for it. In any retail store you will pay about 100 USD Plus local Tax. I was looking for about One month till I found a great seller. I noticed that this seller is new to ebay. Take it like this alot of members on ebay dont really trust new sellers. I did and since his feedbakc was low i guess that was my advantage that many others will not place bid's I was Right I was able to pay only 57 USD for a brand new stil sealed Guitar Hero 3 with shiny black guitar lespaul the gibson wow i got it home woke up and started to jam I was so happy that my lil sister came home and man she rocked on till 10pm eastern time wow I had to kick her out my room so I could go to bed... Metallica, The Rolling Stones, Slayer, Iron Maiden, Aerosmith and more are all in with master recordings no less. Activision even got the Sex Pistols to re-record Anarchy in the UK just for the game. The same goes for Living Colour's Cult of Personality. The songs that were performed by cover bands, as usual, don't live up to the originals but there are less of them than ever before. This time, when you start up a Guns n' Roses track (Welcome to the Jungle), it will be Axl Rose belting out the words to accompany your shredding. And that makes all the difference in the world.

It's just an overall fun game if you love music ,role playing game.wish there were more songs available instead of difficulty levels.Very entertaining when you have company over.

I as consume highly recomen this game. It's a great game for the lover of rock and a full challenge to play it with the five buttons and expert level because the timing and precision are tough to deal, but the rhym of the songs help, as well as you feel part of the game. Buy it you won't regret.

this game will bring lots of joy to anyone willing to play. it challenges the mind, builds hand eye quardnation and it's fun! With the lengends of rock for xbox 360 it allows you to download many different music packs FOR FREE which always spices up the game. there are just tons of things you can do with this game, including challenging your friends or strangers online.
