Guinness World Records 2007 by Guinness (2006, Hardcover)

I purchased book for my son for Christmas. He had saw this book at our school Book Fair and had requested it for Christmas. He seems to enjoy looking through it and reading it. It look to me like a nice quality book.

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and she loved it! It was shipped in record time and arrived well packed and in excellent condition. Naturally, I had to leaf through it before I wrapped it and have just about decided to purchase one for myself.

I purchased this book for my boyfriend as a Christmas presant and boy was it a great choice! I've finally gotten some piece and quiet around the house because he's always glued to it, however, he does like to yell across the house all the facts he finds to be mind blowing. When my brother came over he was glued to it too. I must admit that I find it rather interesting as well. It's a great book and an awsome purchase for anyone of any age or gender.

I was happy with the purchase of the reasonably priced hardcover book. It was shipped in a timely manner and was in great condition. The only recommendation I would make is that a copy of the invoice would have been helpful, as the purchase was made for my school library's use.

I bought this wonderful book a few months ago. It has been so helpful for my grandchildren and also to me. It's not only informative, but shows exciting pictures about the subject matter. I will definitely buy another in 2008. No family with children should be without this Guinness World Records Book.

THIS BOOK HAS SUCH UNIQUE THINGS IN IT, MY KIDS JUST LOVE IT!! IT IS NEAT JUST TO SEE ALL OF THE DIFFFERENT THINGS THAT PEOPLE DO TO BREAK WORLD RECORDS!! DEFINATELY A GREAT BUY.

Guinness never fails to fascinate and they got this edition right on the money! The pictures are better than ever, bigger than ever and in some cases grosser than ever. (is grosser a word?)
Kids of every age will spend hours pouring over the fascinating facts in this huge book. Be prepared to hear more than you ever thought possible about bugs, amphibians and bodily functions!
This is a huge hit at our house and I am sure it will be at yours also. We've been getting the Guiness books almost every year for over 20 years and we will keep getting them because they are educational and so full of facts about this wonderous world. As Dr. Seuss so aptly said,"Oh, The Things You'll See".

Bought it for my daughter who is age 10. Has always sparked our interest with all the world records and is hard to put down until read from cover to cover.

This is a great record book, with lots of neat photos. I bought this for my kids, who tend to be reluctant to read or look at books. This is one book they really like to look through!

The books were great Two Guinness world books great shape and were just what I thought they would be.

I purchased this book as a gift for my son but have really enjoyed it as much myself. The subject matter is entertaining, photos are crisp and clear and the overall content intrigues the mind. I would recommend it for people of all ages. It is sure to invoke interest among both the young and young at heart.

Grandson Brady says: Cool! He is looking forward to breaking a record or starting a record someday...He also has the 2008 book. Again, cool! Healthy reading for a twelve year old with many interests and questions. This book allows and stimulates the imagination!! Families can enjoy the antics of others. It would be nice to know the exact record details with each noted accomplishment though. Also, how does one know how to compete or list their accomplishment. The book should provide the method for future achievers.

Very interesting book! Extremely good pictures and text---full of little known and amazing facts and feats. Great for those who are naturally reluctant readers. The content keeps them facsinated and the blurbs are short enough to have them read page after page. A great way to "trick" them into reading unusual vocabulary! Well worth the purchase price!

This title makes a great gift for adventurous children ages 9-11, though it is not for a squeamish audience-some illustration are quite explicit (gross, not inappropriate)
