This book is well written, with wonderful photos detailing the carving process. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and understand. The author explains what tools to use, how to use them, and shows you what your finished product will look like. Being very new to gourd crafting, I bought the book to learn what can be done with the gourds I'm growing. I was very pleased with how well it was written and photographed.
