Growing & Using Exotic Foods by Marian Van Atta (1991, Paperback)

I liked this book because it was very interesting and informative. It has many very simple recipes using exotic foods. The books gives you detailed information about each food and features foods from different climates. Some nice colored photos and others are sketches of the foods. The one thing I would have liked is to see colored photos of all the foods. It would be easier to identify them. Overall I rate the book as being as good and would recommend it.
