Movie Description Jack (Ole Soltoft), a Victorian aristocrat, sorely wants to seduce Alice (Sue Longhurst), a seemingly prim young woman who seeks to marry a man of means. With some help from his father's favorite madame (Diana Dors), Jack devises a plan to seduce Alice by constructing a "groove room" full of contraptions of his own design which are made to bring about erotic fulfillment. 1970's exploitation director Vernon P. Becker helmed this slightly racy, Swedish-made comedy of Victorian manners. Released under several titles and run times, the film has a breezy tone and erotic content that few will consider offensive by contemporary standards.
