The Grey Fox (VHS, 1992)

I first saw this movie on tv late one night. It was great. I then spent the next three years trying to find a copy of it. This is a great old western- the kind they don't make anymore. Don't leave until the last credit runs . A GREAT MOVIE.

Easily one of the best western films ever made. A quiet unassuming little movie that grabs ahold and pulls you into the world of Bill Miner, a gentleman stagecoach robber who has spent the last 30 years in prison.

Released from prison and dropped into the early 20th century, Bill quickly finds that living with his sister and digging clams does not fit his pistol. The new sport of train robbery is more his style.

Richard Farnsworth is perfectly cast as Bill Miner.

If you like this movie, you should also see Richard Farnsworth in "Comes a Horseman," and "The Straight Story."

this is a classic movie.Farnsworth didnt do a whole lot of big roles but this was his best.I have been waiting for 25 years to see this movie,first saw it when i was 10 and has always been my favorite,still is,and i am more of an action and horror man.A great time piece to own.
