Greenberg's Guide to Marx Trains by Eric Matzke (1989, Hardcover)

Sellers are quick to take your money ,but slow to send your items. How can I review an item when I haven't gotten it. Complaining to PayPay and E Bay does no good. Case in point. Blaze1959. Bought 6 Marx train cars on March 18, 2007. Still have not recieved. Suggested to E Bay that this supplier be suspended until he gets his act together. My request was ignored. He continues to sell even though he is getting several bad reviews from E Bayers. Does anyone monitor the buyers comments? Is it that E Bay is more interested in making fees than making sellers accountable? In the long run you will loose buyers because of your indifference.
