What a wonderful, accurate and interesting book!! I found everything in this book just enlightening. The historical facts, the recipes, everything!! It amazes me that the cures, lotions and potions used hundreds of years ago are now becoming the "in" thing again. Nature has the most wonderful things for mankind, without the chemicals and additives we later turned to. Our planet needs us to turn back the clock and look to nature to supply our needs.

I would recommend this to everyone who loves natural remedies, herbs and a natural approach to health. The women in my family have always been in to herbal treatments and natural cures, so this book was another great addition to my very large collection. Don't be afraid of the words, Green Witch. A Green Witch is a person who uses our Earth and all of her wonderful, natural bounty to help, cure and prevent sickness, illness, pain and disease. They were the healers of our ancient past.....
