Released to coincide with the 25th anniversary of Christian rocker Keith Green's death in a 1982 plane crash, THE GREATEST HITS is a single-disc 18-track distillation of Green's 1976-82 recording career. A key figure in the development of Christian rock from a fringe aberration into the enormous industry it became, Green was a solid '70s-style singer-songwriter in the prevailing soft rock style who happened to have deeply religious themes in his material, best heard on favorites like "Your Love Came Over Me" and "Asleep in the Light."
