Greatest Hits by John Schneider (CD, Oct-1990, MCA Records USA)

If you're like me, sometimes you may buy a CD because of one or two favorite songs. To my dismay, sometimes I also soon discover that there are other songs that I don't really care for.

This is not the case with this CD. Every song is a Classic. I didn't have to fast fwd or skip to any selections while listening. This is an excellent CD for any Country Music fan.

I had his CD's back when they were new and on cassette,I know my age is showing,LOL.It is music I am glad i have found again as I enjoyed it immensly the first time around and can't wait for the mail lady to deliver this one to me.The songs are timeless and his voice is like silk,he will be appearring locally next month and may have to make it a have to do trip.

It is an excellent CD. One you can listen to over and over and never get tired of hearing. Five stars

No matter what John Schneider does acting or singing the guy is just great. I think this Cd shows he has a great voice.

I love every song on this cd. It is just wonderful. This puts all of his greatest songs together on one cd. This man is a wonderful singer. If you love country of just John Schneider this would be a great cd for you to own.

I own this CD and think that it is excellent. In my opinion it is a must-have for every fan John Schneider fan out there. I knew that he had done a little bit of singing on the "Dukes Of Hazzard"--but WOW!! when I heard this CD from him; I was blown away at how good of a singer that he really is. All of the songs are excellent; it's hard for me to pick a favorite. The last song "If It Was Anyone But You"--could easily be described as the sequel to a previous song "At The Sound Of The Tone" (because of the way that both the guys in these songs feel like dying; every time that they are reminded of a lost love). Now that is what makes a great country song. "Country Girls" is great; he impressed this country gal with that song; it almost sounds like he's playing & singing it right to you. I just love everything that he does; whether it be acting or singing--he can do it all as far as I can tell. :) I sure wish I could hear the rest of his music; as I think that he's got a beautiful voice. Maybe I will eventually be able to get the rest of his CDs on MCA Records one of these days depending on their availbility. I'd love to see all of the earlier records that he recorded on the Scotti Bros. label or something like that before his days at MCA get rereleased onto compact disc. He's also one of my very favorite DUKE boys!! :)

John Schneider, the legendary Bo Duke: great guy, great voice! A CD that you don’t have to miss: what a passion in his songs!!! I can’t stop to listen and listen and listen to it!

John Schneider singing some of his best recordings, true country and I love that voice - smooth and passionate - you know John Schnieder is passionate about his music and is feeling the lyrics and not simply going through the motions to produce each and every track.
After listening to this cd and remembering how good of a singer John Schneider really is I would very much like to see a new release from mr. schneider featuring new material and in the near future.
As for this CD get it you will love it if you love good classic country -

Although I should have already known this, I recently learned that John Schneider was also a country singer. I have followed his acting work, mostly on the TV show "Smallville". So . . . being a fan of that I decided to get this CD. I was surprised! Mr. Schneider truly is talented in singing. His choice of songs are perfect and if you are a fan of either country music or John Schneider you will not be disappointed in this selection.

I bought this CD for myself. I actually have 1 already, but because I played it so much, it was really getting scratched up. I needed a replacement and was excited to find it on E-bay. It isn't one that you can just go out and buy. I am very satisfied with this purchase!

It is just what I have ben looking for in his music. I enjoy listening to it even mrre. The price for it was great for the cd.

THIS IS AN AMAZING CD.BRINGS BACK LOTS OF MEMORIES FROM THE PAST.JOHN SCHNEIDER WAS A GREAT ARTIST WHO JUST KIND OF FADED AWAY AFTER A FEW SONGS.HE GETS A STANDING OVATION FROM ME.
THIS CD WAS LISTED HERE ON E-BAY FOR A GREAT PRICE SO I COULD NOT PASS IT UP.IT ALSO IS NOT AVAILABLE IN STORES IN MY AREA.THIS WAS LIKE FINDING A TREASURE FOR ME.

Loved the cd!! So glad I found it. My husband is a HUGE John S. fan and cant find any of his cd's so I was so excited when I found it. Hope I can find some more. Would love to have the Christmas cd!!
