The Great Train Robbery (DVD, 1998, Contemporary Classics)

If you want to relax and watch a great movie this is the one. Very entertaining. Sean Connery & Donald Sutherland are great together. This is a movie everyone in the family will enjoy no matter what age.

I had this movie a long time ago on vhs but wore it out. My family loves it.
It has a great plot that is funny and full of twists and suspense. It's made even better with the great casting of Sean Connery and Donald Sutherland!!

Read and enjoyed the book so much that I bought the DVD. Received DVD in good condition and after watching sent both the book and DVD to my brother as he is a history buff.

Bought it in DVD to replace my VHS copy...excellent acting...good plot...good directing...and entertaining !!! Need I say more ? Not to view it is to shortchanging yourself !

If you like Sean Connery, adventure, and suspense you will like this movie. Besides that you get Donald Sutherland thrown in at no extra charge. The movie is fast paced, and the story of the first attempt to rob a moving train.

It was nice to be able to get one of the Sean Connery movies (outside of the James Bond character) but a movie in which Connery's acting ability stands out. I would recommend this for the family, teens and above: some violence and some sexual references, and scenes.
