Great Big Treasury of Beatrix Potter by Beatrix Potter (1992, Hardcover)

This is a great book for Adults and children a like. It is very well illustrated. When I read the book it brought back the memories of when my mother used to read Beatrix Potter stories to me as a child,and when I read them to my children, Now I am reading them to my grandchildren. Some stories are such good reading that with time they only get better.

Our families favorite stories all in one place. This book contains all our favorite Beatrix Potter stories with the original artwork included. We own the little white book series of Beatrix Potter and find this book to be more convenient than the single story ones we have owned since our children were young,and this book is an excellent addition to our family library. I never outgrow these charming stories and although our children are grown, this one never loses its charm.

I am a new god-mother I wanted that special story for her.When my daughter was born everyone gave her a member of the sesame street family.My mother gave her a Beatrix Potter story as my daughter grew she prefered Beatrix Potter.Iwant the same for my god-child.Browsing the net I accidentlly ,and Luckly found this book.This book is in great unopened.shrink wrappened conditioned.This is going to make the perfect gift Thankyou.

I absolutely love this brand new book. The reason I decided to buy it is that I am a 67-year-old Beanie Babies collector and TY brought out three of the Beatrix Potter characters as Beanies in the UK this year which I purchased. I wanted the stories that matched the Beanies and this book not only covers those three, but will cover anticipated Beanies made available at a later date. The price was fantastic and the seller was super. A great value all the way around.

I love this book. The pictures are delightful, and the stories are charming and whimsical, without being saccharine.

I like Beatrix Potter stories and her artwork is beautiful. I had seen the movie Miss Potter and purchased this book at a very reasonable price. It is in excellent condition and I was very pleased with it.
