Book is incredible with so many remedies for almost anything imaginable. I could NOT put the book down - now, that's a sign of a great book! I plan to try many of the remedies because the ingredients are usual stuff such as honey, soda, garlic & vinegar that we all have in our homes already, so there's no expense or time needed to go out & buy what we already have. You just think you know many uses for these simple products till you read this book & see a whole nother world of possibilities. In this depressed economy where we'll all counting pennies or know someone whom is, there's a wealth of information that will make you look a hero in your own home saving money. Best thing is many of the remedies & helpful hints take only seconds to prepare when we're all so very busy & have no time to spare for fruitless efforts. The book will undoubtly save you lots of money too using simple ingredients. When we're all more conscious of our own personal impact on our Mother Earth, this book makes you feel empowered that you are being more earth friendly & not using so many chmicals that affect our family, pets & environment.
