Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (PlayStation 2)

Even though Vice City has been fun, and being an 80s girl I love the soundtrack, I still think it falls short of the GTA III experience. The graphics seem slightly faded, although that may be on purpose to convey age since it is set in the 80s. I prefer the crisp graphics on GTAIII. Even though Vice has more weapons, some of them are not as good. The rocket launcher (a must for shooting down helicopters) and the sniper rifle are not as good. The landscape is lined up haphazardly too. After having this game for several years, I still can't find my way around as well as I should. I never had a problem like that with GTAIII. All in all, a good game but it is no GTAIII. I have San Andres, but haven't played it yet. Hopefully it will be better than both.

I love this game. Many other people don’t. If you like a game that is on the edge. A game that breaks the rules. Than this is the game for you. However, if you don’t like games where you kill cops, blow people up, wreck cars, and kick people around DONT BUY THIS GAME. If you like doing those things in a video you might really like this game. Not to mention it has a great story line and is one of the most sold games ever.

what I LIKE about this game was that you could almost do anything! that's what grab me! AS these types of games become better I'll be expecting more from open ended games. this is one of the frist types! I have bought games before and once I'am done I get rid of them, but this one is still on my game desk. this game and many in this form is the reason playstation is in no rush for a new system.....like the new x box.

This game has so much to offer in general senses of the gaming world. Imagine a world where you can do absoutely anything at all from walking around, riding some scooters, jacking some military tanks, buying your first small apartment, conquering your first mansion and prepping yourself up with some new 'guards', robbing stores, wiping out those evil gangs, driving the ice cream truck and delivering ice cream, work up the taxi service business, and much more!

I really liked how this GTA really maximized the do what you want gameplay. I kept playing this GTA the entire time I had it, about 3 years and that's a long time. This game is a definite must buy!

We bought this game in the store, we all have played it alot and I guess we wore it out, so we went to ebay and found it there for a lot less money, so we bought it to replace the other one.

i reasently bought this because i remember playing it a few years ago, although the graphics do not hold up to todays standards, its a great game, pretty good storyline i like the 70's type atmosphere and its just a fun sandbox game.

Great game, everything is great but I didn't like the actual game. Everything is perfect it just has some spots on front but the gameplay isn affected at all.

The game got here fast and was in really good condition. I bought this game becasue i had been trying to get it for a while and found it for a good price here.

This is a great game, it has a great story line and is a very fun game to play. There are a series of different missions to play and things to do. I you are looking to spend some time with a good game, I recommend Vice City.

One of the most original games (and most controversial) series ever made. This one gives me memories back from the '80's and the time of MIAMI VICE. More tweaked than the original, with no surprise that the most recent additions in the series will be even more original than it's predecessor.

This game is so much fun, there are so many things you can do. There are missions you can take, but I never do that, I just walk around stealing cars & whatnot. And with all the cheat codes it's even better! I highly recommend it!!!
