This game is the "killer app" to Playstation 2, which is proven by its amazing success selling, literally, millions of copies – more than any other game, ever. The game play, the graphics, the story line, and the soundtrack are all perfectly balanced and constructed.
This is one of two games that I can play to completion (the Gran Turismo series being the other, #3 best-seller behind #2; Halo) and I continue to play Vice City more than its predecessor, San Andreas.
If you are to own one single game for any gaming console, make sure it's Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
