Well, It was my fault, but when I purchased this game I thought it was an actual physical game that would be coming and could be put in the xbox 360. It wasn't it was a code number to download the game into our Xbox360 and after numerous attempts we weren't successful! I later found out from a computer wiz that you need to have Grand theft Auto IV before you can load it because it is an extension off of that game. So, it didn't work and I'm out my money. Lesson learned...
