Graham Kerr's Simply Splenda Cookbook by Graham Kerr, Suzanne Butler (2004, Paperback)

This is a great cookbook. Diabetics should love it as there are sweets that they can prepare and eat!It is also great for calorie counters.

I bought this book several weeks ago and found the book to
be in exellent condition. I loved the recipes and the way
the book was written made it easy to read and use. Great
tasting recipiess with the bonus of using splenda. This
book was a great find and I loved it.

I bought this book because I was interested in cooking with Splenda and eliminating as much sugar from my diet as possible.

The book has some good recipes but I would have to go out and buy ingredients that I normally do not stock at home in order to prepare them. Also, some of the recipes did not appeal to me.

Overall, I would rate the cookbook good, not excellent for this reason.

I liked his approach that food can still taste great even if you are diabetic.
I bought it because of his reputation and the fact that I have cooked his recipes before and liked them very much. This was no exception.
It's a very nice cookbook for diabetics.

Having recently learned that I am diabetic, I need to make changes in my diet to a low-carb way of eating. Kerr's book included recipes for entrees plus bread and muffins which are the main areas I am interested in.

I bought this book because my husband is diabetic and a heart patient. We needed alternative to sugar-sweetened foods. This is a great book but we need a lot more recipes!

Great book for anyone who doesn't eat sugar or isn't supposed to.
I bought this for gift for my Mother. She has tested many of the recipes.
She loves it!!

I found most of the recipes very high carb, which was surprising in a cookbook featuring Splenda. I can't recommend this cookbook for serious low-carbers.
