what great songs!! i was lucky enough to see him live in central park singing the songs from this album..i remember listening to a music critic in the 70's who said that he felt paul simon "would never make it on his own because people would miss the sweet sound of artys voice.." ha

I loved this album when it first came out and I bought the cassette tape of it way back when. Somehow I lost the tape and have been wanting to replace it but my budget being low, I decided to try e-bay first. I won and put the CD in my car CD player weeks ago and I just kept playing it over and over. The only thing I dislike is one track that I tend to skip over but every other tune is just great. "These are the days of miracle and wonder, don't cry baby, don't cry".

I have been looking for this CD for A long time in stores but no luck, so I went online and found it right away. The shipping was super fast,and the price was right. Super eBayer Thanks.

This is one of the best albums ever made. It may take you a few times listening to it to "get it". Some of the best albums I have ever heard I did not like that much the first couple times I listened to it. This one is definately awesome and worth the time!

I use to have this on cassette tape but it was destroyed by the sun. I had been checking at the music stores but the cheapest I found was $27.95. After checking on E-bay I saved alot of money by purchasing it there. Although being used it was in excellent condition when I received it. The sellers service was excellent and I would purchase from him again.

This is a great CD for any Paul Simon lover, or new fan. This is one of his frist CD's that I have purchased and really enjoy it.

I love the upbeat fun of this album. It's so diverse in scope that I could listen to it all day. It makes me want to dance with diamonds on the soles of my shoes. Some of the songs put a smile on my face and stay in my head for days. Paul Simon has never been better.

This is truly a great CD. I actually have the vinyl version when it came out in the 80's. The music is phenomenal and rich with African influence. I espcially love Ladysmith Black Mambazo, which I saw in concert on March 2009. I can listen to this CD over and over again. The CD is in great condition and Paul Simon is as always terrific. I always shop for his music. Shipped to me fast and I appreciate it.

First track is iffy (I usually skip it - sorry, Paul). The rest of the album is crank it up to volume 10 and jam down the freeway. An oldie (1986), but a goodie.

Great CD- a true classic. One that was hailed -and rightly so- by the critics as amazing. Graceland is for those who wish to take a journey for an hour or so through the earthly soul. Was in great condition, came quickly.

This was one of my favorite albums back in the 80's, had it on cassette tape. Well, recently I was browsing on-line in my local library catalog and came across the video by the same name that Paul did about his trip to Africa and how this whole album came to be. I borrowed it and was very happy to finally put pictures to the music I remembered. There were too many holds on the cd--it would be months before I heard the album again--so I went on half.com and found one for sale not far from where I live. I received it in about 4 days and have been enjoying it immensely.

This is my second purchase of this album. I couldn't finsthe 1st one. I probably lent it to someone who forgot to give it back. I also have the VHS tape of this. I love it. It's the beest I think he's ever done. The album is something EVERYONE should have in their collection. I'm always sad when the VHS ewnds too...it leaves you wanting MORE!.

This is one the best pieces of musical genius, which i can and do listen to over and over. I've had the cassette over the years and decided to aqcuire the cd and I'm glad i did.

I bought this cd because years ago I owned the cassett. I played that cassett constantly. My children got tired of listening to it and often hid it at times.
I lost the tape (or they threw it away). They are all grown living their own lives. I am divorced and living my new life. I wanted to own this music again. Therefore i looked for it on ebay and found it. Hurray
Now i listen to it as much and as often as I want. I am free!
It is in excellent condition. I am happy to have purchased it on ebay and a very affordable cost.
