Good Night, Sleep Tight by Joanne Kenen, Kim West (2006, Paperback)

Let's face it, I cannot let my babies cry themselves to sleep. Most people can't! Our first child ended up in our bed and I read this book in desperation---and lack of room!----to avoid the same scenario with #2.

This book is excellent for emotional weenies like me and my husband, and it has great ideas how to handle every situation. My youngest is happy in his own room and we all are getting shuteye!

I buy one for every new parent that I know!

This book is really easy to follow. My daughter was 18 months old and within 2 weeks she was sleeping ALL night! I would definately recommend this book to anyone having problems with their child sleeping.

This book helped us get our 4-month-old son sleeping through the night. And when his sleep habits are disrupted by something (illness, travel, missing his nap or his normal bedtime) we go back to the book to figure out what to do so we all get a good night's sleep again. This book gives help for children up to five years old. It focuses on gently teaching your child to go to sleep by himself without stressing him or you. You don't have to read the whole book to get the help you need--just a few chapters at the beginning and then the chapter on your child's age.
