The message in this book is simple- life is too short not to feel sexy to your core. If you are updating your personality to encourage sexiness in your everyday life this is a worthwhile read. It has exercises for the mind and body throughout the book (some you will do and some you will ignore). This is a book you put in your gym bag and read when you are alone and when you feel good about yourself.

It has a few different covers so pay attention to the writers name when you search out this book. It is written by an educated therapist and has some very good suggestions on how healthy and sexually aware women can make themselves naturally attractive by getting to understand their own sensual being. This is not some hokey-joke read. We liked that it took important steps to cover the issues that some women have from past abuse and put them into perspective when dealing with the road of feeling sexy again.

So update those panties, do your kegals, and start walking with your pelvis swing in the lead!
